With sea views, direct beach access and just a stone’s throw away from the lagoon and main beach, this authentic coastal cottage promises an unforgettable getaway.
The spacious open plan dining and living area opens up completely to seamlessly flow onto a vast, level lawn, ideal for children to expel heaps of energy or perhaps a game of volleyball or cricket.
Thereafter, cool off with a dip in the sparkling pool! (with cover).
For those moments when you want to unwind indoors, there is DSTV or you can stay connected with uncapped Wi-Fi. (supported by Vodacom)
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across its three bedrooms and dormitory, all fitted with air conditioning. It has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, offering ample space, convenience and privacy for all.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities including a microwave, stove, 2x fridge/freezer, chest freezer and all cutlery and crockery are provided. In addition, braai facilities are available for your enjoyment.
Pets are allowed, subject to prior arrangment and with approval from the owners.
For added convenience, laundry facilities are provided, including a washing machine and ample drying space on washing lines.
All linen & bath & beach towels is provided.
At Ramblinn, your peace of mind is a priority. The property is fenced and gated from the road and neighbours, with an alarm system, outside beams and 24hr armed response. The front of the property is enclosed by dense shrubbery and a gated pathway leads you directly to the sea.
Bedrooms: Main bedroom: King, extra length. 2nd bedroom: 2x single beds. 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds. The dormitory has 4 single beds. Bathrooms:1st bathroom with bath, shower & basin. 2nd bathroom with shower, basin. Separate guest toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R3000.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R5500 per night, season’s rules apply.
13 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
