DESCRIPTION:
Magnificent sea views, upmarket, modern, in great condition, plenty space, netted pool, secure, walking distance to the beach, serviced and offers DSTV & Wi-Fi, this makes it “THAT” holiday home to which you return every year.
The beautiful pool overlooks the Ocean, it is netted, and the deck offers enough space for the sun-worshipers to extend their “prayer-time”, whilst evenings can be spent around the braai facility of your choice or the fire pit with seating. Braai facilities, gas and charcoal.
The property has a large L-shaped covered veranda which allow al-fresco dining, or simply chilling in the shade.
There is a large lawn for the kids.
The house also offers access to the lower level of the house for wheel chairs and has one on-suite bedroom with a wheel chair friendly bathroom.
Catering for family holidays ONLY, this house sleeps 13. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down stairs.
Beach access is via a set of stairs between Nkwazi and Glen drive, the bottom of the stairs deposits you at the main beach entrance,
OR,
you may take the scenic route which is a stroll down Nkwazi drive, alternatively the early bird can park at the main beach.
The house has a solar invertor for basic support and back up water tanks.
The house is secured by electric fencing, gates, alarm system, beams and serviced by an armed response reaction.
The property is serviced daily by on-site staff.
There are 2 lock up garages, but ample space within the gates for more cars.
Laundry facilities: Seperate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
DOWNSTAIRS: Lounge, dining room, pool room, kitchen, scullery, bar, guest loo, a large spacious under cover veranda with furniture and pool with net and large deck. One on-suite bedroom with King size bed which is wheel chair friendly.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with eye level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all crockery and cutlery.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedrooms upstairs, 2 are on-suite and the other 2 share a family bathroom. 1st Bedroom: King with full on-suite bathroom, private balcony and beautiful views. 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed. 3rd Bedroom with 2x ¾ beds. 4th Bedroom with 2x ¾ beds and small private balcony. 5th Bedroom: 1x King bed and 1x single bed, private balcony and on-suite with toilet, basin and shower.
There is one small dog which lives on site and is cared for by the housekeeper, but can be housed else where should guests prefer or should guests wish to bring pets. PLEASE NOTE: this must be arrange well in advanced and with owners approval.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 x2 – 2 staff. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R5000.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R6000.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R7000.00: Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 Dec to 15 Jan – R10000 per night, season’ rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R5000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
