DESCRIPTION:
This is a beautifully furnished beach home with panoramic sea view.
An easy walk to the main beach and located close to a direct beach access path.
There is a large partially covered veranda with furniture which overlooks the Ocean and pool, the pool is fenced. Gas and charcoal braai’s, DSTV & Wi-Fi are provided and the house is serviced. The top floor has ducted AC and the lounge has a stand-alone AC.
The property is secured by beams, alarm, armed response and is gated and walled. There is enough secure parking behind the house with easy access to the kitchen when the car needs off-loading. (no garages available).
The house sleeps 12 people 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. MAX 8 ADULTS AND 4 KIDS UNDER 10. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Inside the house: Bottom level: Beautifully furnished lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest loo and one on-suite bedroom with double bed. On-suite with shower, toilet and basin. The living area opens onto a large veranda with furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided, it also has a microwave, gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
Top floor: Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 1st bedroom: Main bedroom: Queen bed, with full on-suite, bath, shower, basins and toilet. 2nd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds 3rd bedroom: 2x 3/4 beds. 4th bedroom: 2 Bunk bed, suitable for children under 10 only. The family bathroom upstairs has a bath, shower and basin. The toilet is separate. The main and second bedrooms open onto a charming balcony with furniture for an early morning cuppa and a newspaper whilst overlooking the Ocean. Pets are allowed with prior arrangment and at the Owners discresion.
No access to Fooze ball, Table tennis and Pool table.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300 each, 2 staff on site. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R6500.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R7000 per night, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R9000 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R4500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned
