DESCRIPTION:
With breath taking views, this comfortable family holiday home is great for a well deserved beach holiday.
The house sits high against the Zinkwazi hill overlooking the mighty Indian Ocean and has shore break views during low tide.
It has a beautiful pool (not netted) with loungers and sea view, undercover and open alfresco dining areas.
This house is tastefully decorated and has a large living area with beautiful views. Here you will find a lounge, TV lounge, a dining area, a bar area with fridge/freezer, chest freezer and serving hatch.
The kitchen and scullery has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, airfyer, Nespresso machine, microwave and all cutlery and crockery is supplied.
It supplies DSTV, a Wi-Fi modem, bring your own sim card and it is serviced.
There is a small Invertor for back up power to TV & phones only. Re-chargeable lights available.
The house is well secured with beams, alarm and armed response. It is fully fenced and gated and has safe open parking within the boundaries of the property. (no garages available).
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
Small pets allowed by prior arrangement with additional charge.
71 Panorama drive sleeps 10 guests comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, suitable for 8 adults and 2 children under 12.
Bedrooms: all have ceiling fans, built-in cupboard space and all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 are on-suite and the 4th has access to the family bathroom. 3 Bedrooms have Ocean views.
Bedroom 1: King sized bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2. 2x single beds with use of the family bathroom which has a bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 1 & 2 are inside the main house.
Bedroom 3: 2x ¾ beds, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 4: Queen bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 & 4 are housed in a separate annex joined to the house.
Off the dining room there is a little enclave with a bunk bed for the kids.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2300.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R2800.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R5800 per night, seasons rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R1800 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
