DESCRIPTION:
THE CAPE ESCAPE is a beautiful Bali style home set amongst a lush garden on the beach front in Zinkwazi.
It is a spacious, modern, 3 levelled home with every luxury you would need and it is perfect for several families or an extended or blended family.
This large holiday home opens onto veranda’s, decks and pools from most rooms and is perfect for indoor-outdoor- living.
Enjoy the sun and wonderful views of the ocean from one of 2 pools; the splash pool on the veranda off the main living area OR for the sunworshippers there is a huge sparkling blue pool on the ground floor. (Neither are netted)
The property has a large lawn for kids to play which ends at the spacious deck right on the beach with firepit and furniture.
Overlooking the Ocean from the main living area you will find a large, covered veranda with comfortable lounge furnishings, a dining table for al-fresco dining and splash pool to relax after a day at the beach.
The Cape Escape is well equipped and provides Wi-Fi (fiber), DSTV, Built-in charcoal braai and is serviced.
Built over 3 levels, there is space for all to enjoy a private space at this relaxing home.
This home is suited for max 10 adults and 4 children under 12.
The Top floor: Here you will find a private lounge with balcony, beautifully furnished with great views. This floor has 2 bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom with King size bed, has AC a private balcony with furnishing and is en-suite with shower, bath, basins and toilet. There is a second bedroom/study on this level; with sleeper couch which can be converted into either a Queen or 2 single beds, it has AC and an on-suite with shower basin and toilet.
Middle floor: This is the floor which allows you entery into the home from the street. It consist of a massive, double volume open plan living area. There is a comfortable TV lounge, a formal lounge, a large bar area, a dining area, a corner to read, guest loo and a well-equipped kitchen and scullery. This level is where you will find the double garage and parking within the gates for 4 more cars. This level is partially air-conditioned.
Kitchen: Electric hop and oven, microwave, plenty fridge & freezer space, dishwasher, and all crockery and cutlery is supplied.
Laundry: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
Bottom floor: This floor opens onto a large pool and garden. Here you will find a coffee station with bar fridge, lounge with TV, play room with pool table, table tennis table and fooze ball table. This area has its own AC. Down the passage you will find 4 of the 6 Bedrooms with ducted AC. Main bedroom with King size bed, en-suite with shower, bath, basin and toilet. 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 4th bedroom with double bed. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share 2 bathrooms. 1st bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and toilet, 2nd bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Bedrooms have large built-in cupboards and hangers. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
NOT SUITED: This property is not suited for children under under 5. Small children must be watched at all time.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
Addition Charges: Once off admin fee: R400. Staff levies: R350 up to 10 guests, there after an additional staff member at R350 per day. Sundays and public holidays are charged at R550 and only 1 maid is compulsory. Departure clean: R700. Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R5000, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Out of season: R8000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 nights: (All dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season).
Mid-season: R9000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R10 000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R10 000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 5 Nights.
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R20 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R8000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
