DESCRIPTION:
Perched high up in the village of Zinkwazi, PANORAMA HOUSE offers magnificent panoramic views of the ocean.
The house double story and is designed with four on-suite family units and has ample space for entertainment areas.
There is plenty indoor and outdoor space to spend time together or have private space which makes it ideal for multiple or extended families.
It is ideal for in-door-out-door living as the large pool rim-flow is surrounded by a spacious deck which offers lounge facilities, an alfresco dining and braai area and loungers for the sun worshipers to brown themselves.
This home offers Wi-Fi & DSTV. It is serviced daily. Invertor for lights & plugs and rechargeable lights are provided.
The main body of the house has a spacious living area with TV-lounge/playroom upstairs. This area has a large veranda and contains a pool/table tennis table. Downstairs there is an open plan dining area, under cover veranda, kitchen, scullery and guest loo. The dining room area has a separate beverage and wine fridge.
Kitchen: All cutlery & crockery, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas hob and oven.
The house is situated at the southern end of Zinkwazi, where one can utilize the access path not far from the home to the beautiful and less populated south beach. It is also a mere 5 minute drive to the main beach.
The home is secured by an electric fence, security beams, electric gate and armed response.
There is plenty open parking at the back of the house for cars and boats and 2 open garages.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
The house sleeps a total of 16 guests, MAX 8 adults.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are 4 double-bedroom units. Each unit has a King size bed and a loft area containing 2 single beds (for children). Each unit opens onto the main deck and has great sea views. Each sleeping unit has AC, an on-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and basin and walk-in cupboards with hanging and packing space. Unit 4 also has outdoor showers.
Please note: This house has a very steep driveway but all vehicles are able to access the house. The pool area is NOT suitable for small children who are unsupervised.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee R400 once off. Daily Staff levy: R300/night for up to 10 guests. If there are more than 10 guests an additional maid will need to be charged for, also at R300 per night. (Sun & Public holidays for the second maid is optional at double rate). Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
RATES: (Jan 25 – Jan 26).
Out of season: R5000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R6000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season: R7000 per night for 10 guests, R700 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R10 000 per night for 10 guests, there after R500 per head, up to 16, min 7 nights.
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R12 000 for the first 10, There after R500 per head, up to 16, Season’s rules apply.
16 to 31 Jan – R5000 for the first 10, there after R500 per head, up to 16, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
