Kitchen & Laundry:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.
A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are also available.
The bar area, complete with its own lounge, is positioned separately from the main house—ideal for entertaining without disturbing those who wish to rest.
All bedrooms feature built-in cupboards and ceiling fans. The home accommodates up to 10 guests and 2 small children across five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Main bedroom: Queen bed, full en-suite bathroom
Second bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite with shower
Third bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite with bath
Fourth bedroom: One single bed and one three-quarter bed, en-suite with shower
Fifth bedroom: Double bed, en-suite with shower (located separately for added privacy)
Additional Notes:
One friendly dog lives on the property; the maid and gardener care for both the pet, as well as the pool and garden.
Due to the elevated deck and rim-flow pool, small children must be supervised at all times.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: (2 staff) R650. Departure clean: R1500. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R5000.00: Min 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
R9000 per night: 10 nights over Christmas or 10 nights over New Year.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
