DESCRIPTION:
This home has beautiful sea and lagoon views. There is a furnished deck, perched on the edge of the property for even better views. It is a fully equipped, well established family holiday home. There is a large, mostly flat garden for kids to run around, and a large veranda facing the pool. The property is flat and ideal for those who battle to walk.
The house also offers: A braai area with charcoal braai and seating off the kitchen. Uncapped Wi-Fi, Streaming DSTV, Pool, (no net), 2 full time staff members, an invertor which carries: Lights, TV, Wi-Fi, Fridges and fans. The property is fully fenced and gate and secured by security beams and alarm which is monitored by armed response.
Inside the house you will find: A open plan lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, dinner nook, kitchen and scullery, and guest loo.
Kitchen: fully equipped with 2 fridge/freezers, chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and eye level electric oven.
Laundry: Washing machine & Tumble dryer.
The house sleeps 12:
There are 3 bedrooms all on-suite, a dormitory with entrance on side of the house, suitable for teenagers, on-suite with AC.
Bedroom 1 & 2 open onto a covered veranda with sea views and have ceiling fans.
All linen, bath & beach towels are provided.
Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom with Queen bed, on-suite with basin, toilet and shower. 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen bed, on-suite with shower, toilet & basin. 3rd Bedroom has 1 double bed and is on-suite with shower, toilet & basin.
The dormitory has 3 bunk beds and its own bathroom which has a double shower, toilet and basin. It is suitable for teenagers and has AC.
Upstairs is private and for owners use only and regrettably there are no garages available, however there is ample parking on the property inside the gates and fencing.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Staff levy: 2 Staff @ R300 each per night. Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R7000.00: Min 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R7000 per night, min 7 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R9500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R7000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
