The property consists of the main house plus two separate private flats.
The bottom flat has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house.
The second flat shares the main gate, but remains private and separate from the main house.
The pool is not shared.

PLEASE NOTE: The activities listed under Amenities do not refer to on-site activities but rather activities available in Zinkwazi Beach and the surrounding area. Guests will require their own transport and equipment for all activities mentioned.
Addition Charges:
Once off admin fee: R400
Maid fee: R300 per night.
Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
