DESCRIPTION:
A Zinkwazi beach front holiday home. This home is a great, no fuss holiday home. A private set of stairs allow direct access to the beach. On the way there, you will find a large deck for sun-downers, whale watching or to read a book. All in the shade of the lush brush and trees, while the breeze from the ocean cools your skin.
The house has an ideal open plan design, it is spacious, well equipped, and encourages a wonderful indoor-outdoor holiday. The entire living area, including the front bedrooms, open onto a spacious veranda with furniture for young and old and a large umbrella for shade.
Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table or al-fresco overlooking the ocean.
There is a gas braai and a spacious area to use the built-in charcoal braai.
The house has 2 lounges, one being a TV lounge, DSTV provided. The open plan living area has a large AC. Capped Wi-Fi is provided, with an option to upgrade & a invertor which supports most all except the living area AC and oven when managed carefully during load-shedding.
The kitchen provides a microwave, gas hob and electric oven, 2x fridge/freezer, dish washer and all cutlery and crockery.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is no pool. Not serviced, rent a maid.
The house is secured by fencing, gates, an alarm system with beams supported by armed response and all sliding doors have security gates. There are 2 lock up garages with open, off-street parking for additional cars.
Pets by prior arrangements, with owners approval only.
The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms, all rooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans and all linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
The 4 bedrooms provide, 3 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 stack beds for small children. There are 2 full bathrooms.
The house is ideal for 2 families with 2 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom on each side of the house.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Departure clean R1134 once off, Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R3500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R4000.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R6000 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R3000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all activities mentioned.
