DESCRIPTION:
In the Village of Zinkwazi you will find Nkwazi Ridge Estate; a beautiful security estate not far from the beach. The Estate is tranquil and safe. It is ideal for walking and for children to ride their bikes under parent’s supervision. There is a clubhouse, large pool and tennis court to which guest have access.
“SeaClusion” 345 Nkwazi Ridge Estate is a modern, beautifully furnished private home. This house is excellently equipped and will ensure a comfortable family holiday, a home-away-from-home.
This house is on one level with no stairs, ideal for those who battle to walk or cannot manage stairs. It is located within easy walking distance from the Estate pool, tennis court and club-house.
The house offers DSTV for streaming on your own account and Netflix, Wi-Fi and is serviced.
The entire house opens onto a large entertainment area with modern braai facilities, (charcoal and gas) with easy access to kitchen and dining room. There is a covered patio and open areas with a large umbrella for when the sun gets too hot.
Inside this spacious home you will find the following: Open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery and guest loo.
Kitchen: Double door fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & hob.
The house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms all on-suite. 4 bedrooms are inside the house and the 5th bedroom is on the side of the house, suitable for teenagers only.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: All linen, towels & beach towels are supplied. 4 bedrooms have AC, cupboard space & hangers, the 5th bedroom has a fan.
Main Bedroom: King size bed, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet & basin. 2nd Bedroom: 2 Single beds on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. 4th Bedroom: King size bed on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 5th Bedroom: (outside) Bunk bed on-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
Laundry facilities: washing machine & tumble dryer & outside hanging space.
Parking: Double garages are available, and open parking within the boundary of this property.
Security: 24h security guards strictly control access to the estate and the estate is walled and secured by electric fencing.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean once off: R500. Maid fee per night: R350, Mon – Sat, Sun & Public holidays optional at double rate, no staff work on 25th Dec or 1st of Jan. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-Season: R3200.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R3700.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2800 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
