DESCRIPTION:
ONE of my favorite homes!!
This MAGNIFICIENT plantation style beach home is located on the lagoon with direct beach access. The house has GREAT sea and lagoon views.
Both top and bottom floors have shaded veranda’s with furniture for a leisurely time to enjoy your surroundings.
At the front of the property is a private jetty for you to launch your boat onto the lagoon when water levels allow.
The house offers a pool (no net), DSTV with Duel-view option, a Weber and Stainless steel braai, Wi-Fi and the house is serviced.
The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and beams. It also has two lock-up garages and the alarm is supported by an armed response team.
Loadshedding: Gas hob & solar invertor supplied.
Bottom floor: Open plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery/laundry & guest loo.
Kitchen: Microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Top Floor: 1st Bedroom: King size bed, on-suite with bath, shower, double basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: King bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: Double bed. 4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
All bedrooms and the flat has air-conditioning. All bedrooms open onto the top veranda. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The house sleeps 14, Max 10 ADULTS, the balance must be children under 14.
The flat let has 2 singles and 2 bunk bed, the flat is on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R500 for staff up to 10, more than 10 guests an extra maid at R300 per night is charged for. Breakage deposit:10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
RATES: (Jan 25 to Jan 26).
Out of season Rates: R7000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season Rates: R8000 per night for 10 guests, R550 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In season Rates: R12000 per night for 14 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R12000 per night, min 5 night,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R15 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R7000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per person per night thereafter, max 14 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
