This beautiful, well equipped, modern home is ready for your ideal holiday.
It has great views of the main beach and the location allows a quick easy walk to the beach entrance, NO driving required.
This large home has enough space for all to have their own corner to relax in. This house has a great pool (not netted) with space for the sun-worshipers and great seating for those who need a bit of shade occasionally. The decks and verandas overlook the Ocean and are well furnished.
The house offers Solar backup for lights & plugs, Wi-Fi, DSTV and it is serviced. There are charcoal and gas braai’s.
The house is well secured with fencing, it is gated, and has a alarm, beams and armed response. There is undercover, secured parking for several cars and trailers.
Inside the spacious open plan living area, you will find the following, a built-in bar with bar-lounge & bar fridge, a formal lounge with fire place, a TV lounge, dining room and large well equipped kitchen with scullery.
Kitchen: Gas hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery is provided.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: All bedrooms are upstairs and provided hangers and all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.
1st Bedroom with Extra length and depth king size bed, balcony, sea views, en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with Queen bed opens onto private balcony and is en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom with King size bed. 4th bedroom with 2x single beds, which can be converted into a King size bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Pets ONLY allowed by prior arrangement and with owners approval.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R8000 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R12 000 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R6000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: “Things to do” and “amenities” listed do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the surrounding areas. You do need your own transport and gear for all activities mentioned.
