DESCRIPTION:
7 NKWAZI DRIVE is a newly renovated family beach holiday home.
The entire living area opens onto the large wrap-around veranda which is partially covered and allows for alfresco living.
There is a beautiful, sparkling blue pool (not netted) and GREAT sea views.
Inside the house you will find a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, DSTV and Wi-Fi, spacious dining room, and a well equipped kitchen and scullery. Guest loo.
Braai facilities: Gas braai & large charcoal drum braai.
Kitchen & Scullery: The following is supplied: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, very large chest freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air-fryer, nespresso coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine & Tumble dryer.
Loadshedding: The house has back up water and power supply.
Parking: No garages available, but there is a large carport, sufficient for 3 cars and amble open parking within the walls of the property.
Security: The property is walled and gated with alarm, beams and armed response.
Servicing: The maid does not live onsite and works Monday to Saturday (no public holidays or Sundays).
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The property sleeps 8 guests comfortably. In the main house there are 3 on-suite bedrooms.
Also on the property there is a flat with bedroom on-suite, coffee station and small lounge opening onto a private veranda.
All bedrooms have AC, built-in cupboards & hangers. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
Main bedroom: Queen bed, full on-suite, TV & AC, 2nd Bedroom: Double bed, on-suite, shower, basin and toilet & AC, 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suit with shower, basin and toilet & AC, Flat: Double bed with on-suite, shower, basin and toilet.
Service providers attend to garden and pool weekly.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
RATES: Only rented in Dec/Jan @ R7500 per night.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R350, Mon to Sat, Sundays & public holidays are optional at double rate, no staff work on 25th Dec & 1st of Jan. Departure clean: R1250. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
