DESCRIPTION:
IMAGINE having you morning coffee with the sun rising over the Indian Ocean, OR having breakfast on the beautiful veranda OR that chilled glass of wine whilst watching the waves roll onto the beach.
Perched high above Nkwazi drive, this house has easy beach access via the main beach entrance just across from its driveway.
The spacious living area, 2 of the top bedrooms and the bottom lounge and bedroom open onto covered verandas. When the weather is foul, there is a lovely shielded back veranda which opens off the dining room and kitchen to braai or just chill in the shade. The house provides DSTV, a Weber and is serviced. It has one lock-up garage and under cover parking for a second car. The property is secured by fencing, a gate and beams. The alarm is serviced by an armed response team. The house sleeps 10, max 8 adults and 2 children under 10, in 4 bedrooms, serviced by 4 full bathrooms. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.
Top floor: Open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. Kitchen: Microwave, gas hob & oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: Washing machine & Tumble dryer. 1st Bedroom: 2x Three quarter beds, on-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds with bath, shower, basin and toilet. Separate guest loo.
Bottom floor: Comfortable lounge with bedroom which has 2 Single beds & 1 bunk bed, on-suite with full bathroom.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R4000.00: Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R6000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
