DESCRIPTIONS:
78 PANORAMA DRIVE is an upmarket family holiday home and is perfect for a great family holiday.
This home is located against the Zinkwazi hill overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean. It is in great condition and well appointed.
There is a pool for the kids (not netted), and a built-in braai.
On the top floor you will find a spacious lounge with smart TV, DSTV and Wi-Fi provided. The lounge opens onto a veranda and pool area. There is also a dining room, second lounge, guest loo, kitchen and scullery. There 2 large AC’s covering the TV lounge and second lounge and dining area.
The kitchen and scullery are well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, a large fridge freezer and all cutlery and crockery is provided.
Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Not serviced, rent a maid.
The house is well secured with beams, alarm and armed response. It also has an active electric fence around 2 sides and front of property. The house has security bars on doors and windows.
Parking: There is a double garage and under cover parking for 2 cars. The parking is not closed off from the road.
The property sleeps 12 guests comfortably. There is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house, a guest room, en-suite on the side of the front door and a full flatlet just of the road at the top of the property.
Bedrooms: All have AC, built-in cupboard or shelving, and all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
House: There are 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the house, all with sea views.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, private balcony, great views, en-suite with His & Her’s shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds. Second bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2, 3 & 4. It has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
Guest room: Directly outside the front door you will find a guest bedroom with double bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
Flatlet: The flat is at the top of the property directly off the road. It is comfortably equipped with AC, kitchenette, lounge with TV, Bedroom with double bed and en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. NO pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean: R1400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 19 to 23 Feb 26; 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R3100.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec – R4000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R7000 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R2200 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
