DESCRIPTION:
This home offers a tranquil setting across the road from the beach and lagoon. The walk to the beach is easily managed by old and young, access being at the main beach entrance. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird, or you could easily manage a drop off/collect scenario.
At the front of the house you will find a covered veranda, ideal for outdoor eating and entertaining. The property is secured by an alarm, beams, armed response and is gated and fenced. Whilst not serviced, you can rent a maid as you require from the local cleaning agency, but book in advance. A DSTV dish & connection point is provided for a Explora or HD decoder, please bring your own card and decoder. Pets by prior arrangement only.
Inside the house you will find: A spacious living area, consisting of a lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Kitchen: All cutlery and crockery, microwave, hob and oven, fridges and freezers, washing machine and dishwasher. Open parking on the lawn in front of the house. Braai facilities: Stainless steel charcoal braai. All linen is supplied, please bring your own towels and beach towels.
The property sleeps 13 in total, in 6 bedroom serviced by 4 bathrooms (house & 2 flats), the flats are ideal for teenagers. Bedrooms in the house: Main bedroom with double bed, On-suite with bath, basin and toilet. This room opens onto the garden. 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds, this bedroom also opens onto the garden. 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet. Flat 1: 1 double bed and 1 single bed with en-suite, shower, toilet and basin. Flat 2: Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and basin, separate toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Departure cleaning: R1620. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R4000.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4000 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R5000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 5 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
