HAPPY HIDEAWAY:
VERY close to the main beach entrance, a short walk to the beach and lagoon, no driving required and slight views of beach and lagoon.
Totally private with a sparkling blue pool and a staff member to keep the house maintained. Comfortably rest, on a deck or in one of the spacious bedrooms, this home is set up for in-door-out-door living to make your beach holiday a HAPPY GETAWAY.
This home is ideal for 2 families, an extended family or blended families.
At the front of the house you will find a large open deck with seating facilities for evening cocktails or dine under the stars with the sound of the crashing waves in your ears.
At the back of the house is a large under cover, shielded entertainment area with comfortable lounge and dining areas for windy days and nights or for the evening braai, braai facilities provided. There is a gas Weber provided and a charcoal Weber at the firepit in the garden.
Here you will also find the beautiful pool, which is netted, with loungers for the sun-worshipers to perfect their golden tan.
Inside the house: a lovely lounge/TV lounge with DSTV, a bar to “kuier”, a guest loo and a well equipped kitchen, all open plan.
The kitchen has the following: microwave, oven, hob, 2x fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery is provided.
The home is secured with fencing, an electric gate, beams, alarm and armed response.
Parking: there is open parking for 2 – 3 cars inside the gate.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
Load shedding back up: Invertor for plugs and lights.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The house sleep 15 guests comfortably, Max 9 Adults and 6 Children under 10. There are 4 bedrooms all on-suite with air-conditioning, built-in cupboards, hangers and all linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. All bedrooms open onto spacious verandas, which can be enclosed or open with security shutters.
Upstairs: 1st Bedroom with King size bed, on-suite with his & hers showers, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with 3 single beds, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs: 1st Bedroom with King Size bed and 2 bunk beds, on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with Queen Size bed and 1 bunk bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. NO pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R5500.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)
Mid-season: R6000.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R7000.00: Min 4 – 7 Nights: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R8000 per night, min 7 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R12 000 per night, season’s rules apply
16 to 31 Jan – R5500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
