The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for relaxing, featuring comfortable veranda seating, loungers, and umbrellas surrounding a sparkling blue swimming pool (safety net provided).
The home is serviced and well-equipped for a carefree stay, offering a Weber and charcoal braai, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for streaming DStv using your own account.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
Designed with accessibility in mind, the property has no stairs on entry or within the home, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility.
The flat lawn provides a great space for children to play. Whether kicking a ball, swimming, or heading down to the beach for sandcastle building.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to owner approval.
The property is secure, featuring palisade fencing, an electric gate, security beams, an alarm system, and armed response.
While there are no garages, the flat property offers ample parking, with vehicles protected by security measures.
Inside, the home offers a spacious open-plan layout, including a lounge, large bar area, dining room, kitchen, and a separate scullery/laundry.
The living space flows seamlessly onto the veranda and pool area, perfect for indoor-outdoor living.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery, microwave, hob, eye-level oven, two fridge/freezers, a chest freezer, and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own pods).
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Three bedrooms feature queen-sized Henwoods beds (5-star hospitality quality). All bedrooms include ceiling or standing fans and Air-Conditioning, cupboard space, and hangers.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff wages: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R3500.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3700 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
