DESCRIPTION:
THE REAL THING, an original “beach cottage”. Pairing, nostalgia with modern furnishing and comfort.
Angel bay has direct beach access and partial sea views. Enjoy the beach directly in front of the house via a direct access path or stroll to the main beach. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird or those who prefer the short drive.
It has a lovely entertainment area with umbrellas, veranda furniture and loungers to relax around the sparkling blue pool (net provided).
The house is serviced, provides a Weber and charcoal braai, DSTV, free WiFi, and comfortable surroundings.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and Tumbledryer .
There are no stairs in the house or on entry, ideal for those who battle to walk.The lawn is flat; on which little ones can kick a ball when not splashing in the pool or building sand-castles on the beach.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangements and owners concent.
The property is secured with palisade fencing, an electric gate, security beams, an alarm and armed response.
There are no garages but the property is flat with ample parking and cars are secured by security beams.
Inside the house you will find: Open plan lounge, a large bar, dining room, kitchen and separate scullery/laundry. The living area flows out onto the veranda and pool.
Kitchen: well equipped, all cutlery and crockery provided, microwave, hob and eye level oven, 2x fridge/freezer, chest freezer AND a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods).
The cottage sleeps 10 in 4 comfortable bedrooms with linen, bath and beach towels provided, 3 bedrooms have Queen sized Henwoods beds, 5 star hospitality rated with AC. All bedrooms have either ceiling fans or standing fans, cupboard space and hangers.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 1st Bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed and 1 single bed & AC, 2nd Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed & AC. 3rd Bedroom with Queen sized bed & AC, 4th Bedroom with 2 Single beds & fan. . There are 3 bathrooms, Bedrooms 1 & 2 inter lead into a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Additionally there are 2 separate bathrooms: 1st Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, 2nd Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff wages: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2700.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:

In Season: R3500.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: “Things to do” and “amenities” listed do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the surrounding areas. You do need your own transport and gear for all activities mentioned.
