Deck on Sea is nestled among lush, mature vegetation and towering trees that have stood the test of time.
A scenic walkway leads you through coastal greenery and over the beach admiralty to a private lookout deck, offering direct access to the beach below.
While the main swimming beach, with shark nets and a calm lagoon, is just an easy stroll away, the beach right in front of the home is equally inviting. It’s perfect for fishing, paddling in the shallow surf, or exploring fascinating rock pools at low tide.
For more sheltered relaxation, guests can enjoy the private netted pool, ideal for windy days.
The expansive deck area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with ample space for sunbathing or dining al fresco. A covered section provides the perfect spot to braai and unwind with family and friends.
Inside, the home features a spacious open-plan layout combining the lounge, dining area, and kitchen.
This living space flows seamlessly onto the deck and pool area, creating a bright and airy coastal atmosphere.

Fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge/freezers, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

The property is fully walled and fenced, set back from the road for added privacy. It is equipped with an alarm system, outdoor beams, and armed response monitoring.
Parking:
Two lock-up garages are provided. Additional parking, including space for a boat, is available behind a secure gate on the north side of the property.
Pets: are welcome with prior arrangements and owenrs approval.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 6 adults and 4 children under 10) across four en-suite bedrooms.
All bedrooms include built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Main bedroom: Double bed, en-suite with bath, shower, basin, and toilet
Second bedroom: Double bed, en-suite with bath, shower, basin, and toilet
Third bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet
Fourth bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed with prior arrangement. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R3000.00: Min 2 – 5 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R3500.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000 per night, seasons rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
