Inside, you’ll find three comfortable lounges, a pool room with a seating area, a guest loo, and flexible dining spaces for both indoor and al fresco meals.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to every need.
Five well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Set within lush, landscaped gardens, the property also features a small lawn area—perfect for children to play or for a casual game outdoors.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R6500 for 10; Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R8000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R12 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R2400 for 6; R3200 for 8; R4000 for 10; Min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
