DESCRIPTION:

A Lovely, cozy duplex. It is no 2 of 7 units in this small complex of duplexes, set in lushes gardens and built around a beautiful, fenced & gated pool.

Located across the road from the beach, +/- 100m to dipping your toes in the Ocean and within easy walking distance from the main beach.

This unit is well equipped, neat and in good condition.

This unit has parking within a gated and walled area for two cars. DSTV (family package only) is provided.

Braai facilities: charcoal braai.

The garden and pool are tended to by the onsite caretaker.

All thought not serviced, you can book a maid with a local cleaning agent.

The complex is secure with fencing, access control, gates and walls.

Loadshedding: Gas hob and re-chargeable lights provided.

This unit sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All linen and bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans.

Inside the unit:

Ground floor: open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, with a guest loo on the landing. The bottom floor opens up onto a large, partially covered veranda with furniture and easy access to the pool.

The kitchen is well equipped, all cutlery and crockery provided, and it has a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and eye level oven, chest freezer and fridge/freezer.

Laundry: washing machine only.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 7 guest loo.

Suitable for 4 adults and 4 children, under 12.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2x single beds and Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds.

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with basin, bath and shower. Bathroom 2 with shower, basin and toilet, 1 guest loo.

Situated across the road from a public park which might be noisy from time to time.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1250, Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Peak Season:

1 to 11 Dec – R3000 per night, min 5 nights,

12 Dec to 15 Jan – R3500 per night, season’s rules apply,

16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
