DESCRIPTION:
A GREAT family holiday home.
Upmarket, clean and spacious. Panoramic sea views and a great location.
This house is in excellent condition, well equipped, with enough space for old and young. An easy walk to the beach, a large pool (not netted), AC in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, DSTV, serviced and well secured. Solar geysers and invertor for some plugs. Weber to braai on, 2 lock up garages with more outdoor parking. Security include beams, alarm and armed response.
The house contains an open plan lounge, a TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a separate toilet.
Kitchen: Microwave, hob and eye level oven, 2x fridge/freezers, dish washer, all cutlery and crockery supplied.
Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house sleeps 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms.
All Bedrooms have Air-conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, hangers and linen, beach and bath towels are supplied.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Main bedroom has a queen size bed, on-suite with toilet, basin and shower & bath. 2nd Bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, 4th bedroom has a double bed and is on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. There is one more bathroom, with a bath, basin and shower. One separate toilet.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Certain pets, only if pre-approved.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily Maid levy R300. Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R3000.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak Season)
Mid-season: R3500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights:
Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R4000.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4500 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6500 per night, seasons rules apply
16 to 31 Jan – R3000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
