DESCRIPTION:
“Phezulu” is situated in Zinkwazi Beach on KwaZulu-Natal’s North coast, it is well equipped and excellently located with easy & close beach access via the main beach entrance. The location provides a peaceful environment in which to relax. Enjoy a cocktail in the Jacuzzi (One setting only: “Warm-ish”), or soak up the sun on the lawn. Guests can enjoy slight ocean views from the Jacuzzi which overlooks the front lawn.

The house offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 5-bedroom holiday home.
Phezulu offers, a lovely covered veranda, a lawn for kiddies and has braai facilities, DSTV: Smart TV provided to stream from your own account and Wi-Fi is provided.
Inside the house you will find well appointed, open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a large spacious fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery is supplied.
One can drive right to the back door, once up the driveway there are no stairs to access the house nor inside the house for those who battle to walk. The driveway is steep.
The house is secured by fencing/walls, gates, beams and armed response.
There are 2 lock up garages and parking for more cars.
Gas bottle & cooker with re-chargeable lights are provided for load-shedding times.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and a tumble dryer.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The house sleeps 9 guests, Max 7 adults and 2 children under 12.
All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. 5 Bedrooms & 3, 1/2 bathrooms.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows: Main bedroom with King Size bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 2nd Bedroom with Queen Size bed. 3rd Bedroom with 1 Single bed. 4th Bedroom with 1 bunk-bed, it has a toilet on-suite.
5th bedroom is found in the little flat behind the house, the flat has a private entrance, with double bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R350 per day, (Mon to Sat only, Sundays & Public holidays optional at double rate). Departure cleaning fee: R700. 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Mid-season: R2500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights. Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R3000.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R5000 per night, season’s rules apply
13 Jan to 31 Jan – R1800 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
