It is conveniently located within walking distance of the estate’s pool, tennis court, and clubhouse.
The home offers Wi-Fi, Netflix, and DSTV streaming (via your own account), and is serviced for added convenience.
The living spaces flow seamlessly onto a spacious outdoor entertainment area, complete with modern braai facilities (both charcoal and gas). The patio includes both covered and open sections, as well as a large umbrella for shade on sunny days, with easy access to the kitchen and dining areas.
Inside, the home features a generous open-plan layout that includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery, and a guest toilet.
Kitchen facilities include:
A double-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric oven with hob.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located inside the main house, while the fifth—situated just outside—is best suited for teenagers.

All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the fifth has a fan.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean once off: R500. Maid fee per night: R350, Mon – Sat, Sun & Public holidays optional at double rate, no staff work on 25th Dec or 1st of Jan. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R4000.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R7000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R3000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
