DESCRIPTION:
SEAVIEW HAVEN is a lovely, spacious family holiday home. The views are magnificent, and the cool blue pool and lush garden offers a private and peaceful home-away-from-home.
This home is ideal for 2 smaller families or bring Granny and Grandpa along.
There is a spacious covered veranda with comfortable furniture which allows for al-fresco dining.
This home offers: Great Sea views, pool with cover, DSTV (stream from own account), Serviced, Wi-Fi, braai facilities, a pool table and a lovely, terraced garden for the kids to play.
Laundry facilities: tumble dryer and washing machine.
The property is secured by beams, armed response, an electric gate and it is fenced.
Parking: is within the property, no garages available, but there is a covered parking area as well as open parking.
Small children must be watched at all time.
The house sleeps 8: There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms and a private flat with kitchenette and private bathroom.
THE HOUSE:
Has a open plan living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen & guest loo. The living/entertainment area flows onto a spacious patio with furniture, the pool and a braai area.
Kitchen: Well equipped, Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer & chest freezer, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery supplied.
The Flat: Open plan bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom, lounge and deck with amazing views.
Bedrooms & Bathroom:
All linen bath and beach towels are supplied. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, clothes hangers and standing or ceiling fans.
Main bedroom: Queen, on-suite with shower, bath, basin and toilet. 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom with double bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Flat has a king size bed and full bathroom.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets by arrangement only, subject to owners approval.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit: 10% of accommodation, minimum R2500, refundable if no breakages are found.

Below are the Mid-season dates: 20 – 25 Feb 25; 22 April to 4 May 25; 22 – 26 May 25; 13 – 16 June 25; 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.
In Season: R2800.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec @ R3000 per night, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 15 Jan @ R5000 per night, season’s rules apply.
16 Jan to 31 Jan – R1800 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
