DESCRIPTION:

Remember when a beach holiday meant simple pleasures? Early mornings by the sea, lazy afternoon naps, splashing in the pool, soaking up the sun, and evenings filled with braai fires and games of hide-and-seek?

This property brings those nostalgic family moments back to life; a place to truly relax and reconnect.

Set on a spacious beachfront stand with direct beach access, the property features a large swimming pool (with safety net) and two charming cottages. It’s not about luxury, but rather an authentic, laid-back beach holiday experience.

The property is fully walled and gated from both the road and neighbouring homes. While there are no direct sea views, a beach path across the beach admiralty leads you onto the sand, where children can explore the rock pools at low tide.

There is ample open parking within the gates, and pets are welcome; so feel free to bring along the family dogs for this relaxed, almost camping-style getaway.

Braai facilities are provided, and a small safe is available for your valuables.

For entertainment, DStv (with Netflix access) and Wi-Fi are available in the back cottage—perfect for rainy days or keeping teenagers occupied.

Cottage 1:

Both cottages are fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, and all linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Please note that the units are not serviced; however, a domestic worker can be arranged through a local cleaning agency if required.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed with prior arrangement. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1400. Breakage deposit: 10% of accommodation, minimum R2500, refundable if no breakages are found.

In Season: R3200.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights, 27 Mar to 20 April 26.

Peak Season:

1 to 11 Dec 23 – R3200 per night, min 5 nights

12 Dec 23 to 15 Jan 24 – R5000 per night, seasons rules apply,

16 to 31 Jan 24 – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
