DESCRIPTION:

THE BEST LOCATION IN ZINKWAZI BEACH.

Located on prime beach front real estate, with spectacular views of the lagoon and the ocean, you will find “THE” Beach House.

This house is spacious and comfortable, the furnishings modern, the house is excellently equipped and lends itself to a comfortable holiday without being cluttered.

You will find a shaded veranda with furniture and braai facilities at the front of the house. The spacious sun room, dining room and lounge are open plan and you will have access to Wi-Fi and DSTV.

It has a fully equipped kitchen housing a dishwasher, fridge, chest freezer, oven, hob and a microwave. All cutlery and crockery is supplied.

There is an on-site housekeeper, but no pool.

Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is walled and gated on 2 sides and is secured by an alarm, beams and armed response. There are 2 lock-up garages provided and plenty open parking is available.

“THE” Beach House has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 (max 8 adults & 2 kids under 10).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: have ceiling fans, cupboards, hangers and all linen is provided, the house also supplies bath towels & beach towels.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 1x King, 6x singles and 1x bunk. Two rooms are on-suite, one with a full bathroom and the other with shower, basin and toilet. The 3rd, 4th and 5th rooms share a large family bathroom with toilet, basin and shower, there is also a guest loo.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily Live in staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R7400.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.

Peak Season:

1 to 11 Dec – R7400 per night, min 5 nights

12 Dec to 15 Jan – R10 000 per night, season’s rules apply.

16 to 31 Jan – R5000, min 2 nights.

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
