This Zinkwazi beach front holiday home offers a relaxed, no-fuss escape; perfect for an easygoing coastal getaway.
A private staircase leads directly down to the beach, with a peaceful viewing deck along the way. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy sundowners, watch for whales, or simply unwind with a book beneath the shade of lush coastal vegetation, cooled by the ocean breeze.
Designed for effortless holiday living, the home features a spacious open-plan layout that encourages seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The main living area, along with the front-facing bedrooms, opens onto a large veranda furnished for all ages, complete with a generous umbrella for shade.
Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or dine alfresco while taking in the ocean views.
Braai facilities include both a gas braai and a built-in charcoal braai area.
The home offers two lounges, including a TV lounge with DStv. The main living space is air-conditioned, and capped Wi-Fi is provided, with the option to upgrade.
An inverter helps manage power during load-shedding, supporting most appliances (excluding the main air conditioner and oven when heavily used).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas hob, electric oven, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Please note there is no swimming pool. The property is not serviced, but a domestic worker can be arranged if needed.
For security, the home is fully fenced and gated, with an alarm system, security beams, armed response, and security gates on all sliding doors. There are two lock-up garages, along with additional off-street parking.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to owner approval.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms.
All rooms include built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, and linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Departure clean R1400 once off, Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

1 to 11 Dec – R4500 per night, min 7 nights,
13 Dec to 15 Jan – R6500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R3500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
