Perched high on the Zinkwazi hillside, the house overlooks the majestic Indian Ocean, offering beautiful shore break views—especially during low tide.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a sparkling netted pool with loungers and sea views, as well as both covered and open-air alfresco dining spaces.
Inside, the home offers a spacious living area filled with natural light and stunning views. This includes a main lounge, separate TV lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped bar complete with a fridge/freezer, chest freezer, and serving hatch—ideal for entertaining.
Kitchen & Scullery:
Fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, air fryer, Nespresso machine, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

Security & Parking:
The property is fully fenced and gated, with security beams, an alarm system, and armed response. Secure open parking is available within the property (no garages).

Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement, subject to an additional fee.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults and 2 children under 12) across four bedrooms.
All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, and are supplied with linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Three bedrooms offer ocean views.

Bedroom 1 (main house): King bed, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet
Bedroom 2 (main house): Two single beds, with access to a family bathroom (bath, basin, and toilet)
Bedroom 3 (annex): Two three-quarter beds, en-suite with bath, shower, basin, and toilet
Bedroom 4 (annex): Queen bed, en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet
(Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located in a separate annex connected to the main house.)
Just off the dining area, there is a cosy nook with a bunk bed—perfect for children.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R3100.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000 per night, seasons rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
