“The Lamby’s” is a stylish, upmarket family holiday home offering beautiful ocean views and an easy stroll to the main beach entrance. Alternatively, guests can drive and park at the main beach; just be sure to arrive early during busy periods.
Designed for comfort and convenience, this well-equipped home provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday away from home.
The property is double-storey, featuring four bedrooms in the main house, along with a separate flat positioned at the top of the property; ideal for a younger couple seeking a bit more privacy.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across the main house and flat. All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Downstairs:
A spacious, air-conditioned open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen with separate scullery create a welcoming living space.
This area opens onto a large covered veranda with seating, overlooking the pool and ocean. To the side of the house, you’ll find an undercover alfresco dining and braai area; perfect for relaxed outdoor entertaining.
There is also one bedroom on this level, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, large side-by-side fridge/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.
Upstairs:
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and open onto a balcony with ocean views.

Second bedroom: Double bed
Third bedroom: King-size bed
Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with shower, basin, and separate toilet.
Separate Flat:
Located at the top of the property, the flat offers spectacular views and added privacy. It features a covered veranda with outdoor furniture, an open-plan bedroom with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet.
Additional Note:
Small children must be supervised at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Departure clean: R1400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R5500.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec 25 – R6000
12 Dec 24 to 15 Jan 25 – R9500 per night, seasons rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan 25 – R4000
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
