DESCRIPTION:

“THE LAMBY’S” is an upmarket family holiday home with stunning views and an easy walk to the main beach entrance. Or you can park at the main beach, but be an early bird.

The house is comfortable and excellently equipped for your holiday-away-from-home.

The house is double storey with 4 bedrooms in the house and a separate flat high at the top of the property. (suitable for a younger couple).

The house offers: great shore break ocean views, Wi-Fi, DSTV, braai facilities and a fenced and gated pool. Serviced 3 days a week (no public holidays), rent a maid for the other days.

Security: It is well secured with beams and armed response, gated and fenced.

Parking: There is under cover parking for 3 – 4 cars within the property.

Laundry facilities: Washing machine only and outside hanging space.

The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and the flat. All linen, bath & beach towels are provided.

Downstairs: Spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen with scullery. (with AC). The living area opens onto a large, covered veranda with chairs overlooking the pool and ocean. On the side of the house there is an alfresco undercover dining & braai area directly off the living area. There is also one bedroom with a King size bed, AC and en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, large side by side fridge and freezer, all cutlery and crockery, a well-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs: All bedrooms have ceiling fans and open onto a balcony overlooking the Ocean. 1st bedroom King size bed en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 2nd bedroom, Double, 3rd bedroom, King, Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower, basin and separate toilet.

Flat: Located at the very top of the property with fantastic views; has a covered veranda with furniture, a single open plan bedroom with King size bed and an on-suite with shower, basin and toilet.

Small children must be watched at all times.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. NO Pets.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Departure clean: R1400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Out of season: R4000.00: Min 2 nights. (Dates not listed as Mid/In/Peak season)

Midseason: R4500.00: Min 2 – 5 nights: 

Below are the Mid-season dates: 27 June to 21 July 25; 8 Aug to 2 Sept 25; 24 Sept to 13 Oct 25; 16 – 21 Oct 25; 30 Oct to 3 Nov 25.

In Season: R5500.00: 4 – 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 21 April 25.

Peak Season:

1 to 11 Dec – R6000 per night, Min 5 nights

12 Dec 23 to 15 Jan – R9500 per night, season’s rules apply

16 to 31 Jan – R4500 per night, min 2 nights

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.

  1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
  2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
  3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
  4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
