DESCRIPTION:

THE MILKWOOD BEACH HOUSE is a stunning beachfront holiday home, perfect for those seeking comfort, style, and a relaxed coastal escape.

Beautifully furnished with carefully selected pieces to suit refined tastes, this home is ideal for a laid-back family getaway.

Step out through the front garden and follow your private beach path, winding past magnificent 100-year-old milkwood trees, directly onto the sand.

Enjoy exploring rock pools at low tide or take a short stroll to the lagoon and the netted main beach.

The property features a sparkling blue swimming pool, safely netted for peace of mind.

Inside, the home offers generous living spaces, including a main lounge, TV lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, and laundry.

The living area flows seamlessly onto a large covered veranda, perfect for alfresco dining, complete with braai facilities.

The house is serviced and equipped with Wi-Fi, DStv, and ceiling fans throughout.

The lush garden, filled with mature trees, offers a large lawn where children and pets can run and play; perfect for a game of volleyball or cricket.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to owner approval.

Access from the parking area into the home is flat, making it convenient for guests with limited mobility, and the walk to the beach is easy and direct.

Security is a priority, with the property fully fenced and gated, and fitted with an alarm system, outdoor beams, and armed response.

There is covered parking as well as ample additional space for vehicles. The flat driveway can accommodate a boat (please note the gate is narrow).

Kitchen features: dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, a large stand alone fridge with freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine, and a full range of cutlery and crockery.

Everything needed for a well-equipped stay.
