The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, serviced by four bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, spacious built-in cupboards, and hangers. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each room opens onto a balcony or veranda, and some bedrooms include TVs.

The spacious open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen, and scullery, designed for easy family living and entertaining.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean once off: R500. Daily staff levy: R350, Mon – Sat, Sun & Public holidays optional at double rate, no staff work on 25th Dec or 1st of Jan. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R4000 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R7000 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R3000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
