This double-storey property features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, three of which are en-suite.
The ground floor opens onto expansive verandas, a private rim-flow pool (not netted), and lush grassy areas for outdoor enjoyment, while the upper level includes three bedrooms with balconies.
The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, with a large gas braai, sun loungers, and umbrellas surrounding the sparkling pool.
Children are well catered for with a trampoline, soccer net, and swing-ball set.
Additional features include a pool table, bar area, Wi-Fi, and DSTV. The home is not serviced, but cleaning staff can be arranged if required. There is ample on-site parking available.
Ground Floor:
The lower level offers a generous open-plan living area, including a formal lounge, dining room, pool room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a separate scullery.
The kitchen features a side-by-side fridge/freezer, two microwave ovens, a large Smeg gas hob and oven, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, both with built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, hangers, and supplied linen, bath, and beach towels:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds with access to full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with a full en-suite bathroom.
Upper Floor:
All bedrooms on this level include linen, bath and beach towels, as well as either air conditioning or ceiling fans:

Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 share a full family bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 open onto a shared private balcony overlooking the pool.
The expansive master suite is also located upstairs and features a full en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a large private veranda with sea views.

This home is not suitable for groups of adults. It is also not ideal for families with very young children; however, if toddlers are included, they must be supervised at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Once off admin fee: R400. Outside staff levy: live on site and has a flat rate charge every day R300 not negotiable. Inside staff levy @ R350 per night up to 10. (Inside staff: Sundays & Public holidays are charged at double rates and are optional). Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

13 Jan to 31 Jan: R3500 per night for 10, additional guests, up to 14, R450 per head per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
