Located approximately 100 metres from the beach, Unit 4 is set within the small and secure Springvale complex, which consists of just four units; offering a peaceful and private coastal escape.
This neat and well-equipped unit is designed for comfortable holiday living.
The unit is situated just across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance of the main beach.
A spacious covered veranda provides the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and dining, while inside, the open-plan layout seamlessly combines the lounge, dining area, and kitchen.

Fully equipped with two fridge/freezers, hob, eye-level oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.

The unit accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (maximum 6 adults and 4 children under 10).
All linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each bedroom includes built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans.

Security & Parking:
The complex is fully walled and gated, with security gates on all doors and windows. Each unit includes one garage and one additional open parking space.
The pool and garden are maintained by service providers. Please note that the unit is not serviced, but cleaning staff can be arranged through local agencies.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean: Once off R1250. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R3000.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 12 Dec – R3000 per night, min 5 nights,
13 Dec to 15 Jan – R4500 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
