DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful modern home is large and spacious, well equipped and private.
It is on one level and ideal for guests who battle to walk.
It offers AC in the living areas, uncapped Wi-Fi, DSTV, an indoor table tennis table, a trampoline for kids and it is serviced.
Also available is a double garage with ample open parking.
Back up water tanks & a generator is supplied.
The home is located in the Nkwazi Ridge Estate within Zinkwazi Beach. The Estate is tranquil and safe. It is ideal for walking and for children to ride their bikes under parent’s supervision. There is a clubhouse, pool and a tennis court to which guest have access.
The living area which is all open plan has a lounge, TV lounge, dining room, a well equipped kitchen and scullery.
Kitchen: Microwave, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, and all cutlery and crockery. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest loo.
There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests comfortably All bedrooms have double beds and all are on-suite. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, hangers and all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
The main bedroom has AC, and the on-suite has a shower & bath with basin and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and are on-suite with showers, basins and toilets.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee R400 once off. Daily maid levy: R300 per day. Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R6200.00: 7 Nights min: 20 Mar to 14 April 24.
Peak Season:
1 Dec to 31 Jan – R6200 per night, seasons rules apply
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.
- Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
- Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
- Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
