Spacious Living Areas: The top floor boasts a generous lounge equipped with a smart TV, DSTV, streaming off own account, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This area opens up to a lovely veranda overlooking the pool. You'll also find a dining room, a second lounge, a guest restroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a scullery. Two large air conditioners keep the main living spaces cool.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen and scullery feature a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided (cleaning services not included; maid service available upon request).
Security Features: Your safety is a priority with security beams, an alarm system, armed response, and an active electric fence surrounding two sides and the front of the property. Security bars are installed on all doors and windows for extra peace of mind.
Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a double garage and additional covered parking for two cars, with easy access from the road.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, featuring: All bedrooms have AC, cupboards or shelving for storage and all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.
Main House: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with stunning sea views.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, private balcony, en-suite with his-and-her shower, toilet, and basin.
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds.
A shared bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet serves bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.
Guest Room: Located just outside the front door, this cozy bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.
Flatlet: Positioned at the top of the property, this self-contained flatlet includes air conditioning, a kitchenette, a lounge with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure clean: R1400. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In Season: R5500.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R5500 per night, min 5 nights,
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R8500 per night, seasons rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R4500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
