DESCRIPTION:
A proper beach cottage, an older home with nothing fancy BUT a GREAT holiday at the beach, with sand between your toes and the sun on your back.
The house has wonderful sea views, a sparkling blue pool (no net) and under cover decking.
It is serviced, has DSTV & limited Wi-Fi.
Braai facilities: Large gas braai and Weber.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
Walk along the edge of the village to the south beach (not netted) or Drive to the main beach and park in the main parking area, remember to be early as space is limited.
It is walled and secured by and alarm and armed response.
There is one garage and open parking off the road, but not inside the property.
Pets are only allowed with owners approval and prior arrangements.
Bottom floor: Lounge, Dining room, Bar, Kitchen & guest loo.
Kitchen with breakfast nook is well equipped and has hob and eye-level oven, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery is supplied.
Top floors: Sleep 12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There is ample cupboard space, 2 bedrooms have AC, the rest have ceiling fans, and hangers are supplied.
The main bedroom with a double bed, AC, a private balcony and great views is on-suite with shower, basin and toilet.
The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms has 2 single beds each and access to a shared balcony with great views. Bedroom 3 has AC.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed, private toilet and basin.
Bedroom 5 has 4 single beds for kids or teenagers, not adults.
The 2nd bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and toilet.
Note: This house has 3 levels with many stairs, small children must be watched and it is not suitable for guests who battle to walk.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R300. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R3000.00: Min 2 – 5 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R3500.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 7 nights
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000 per night, season’s rules apply,
16 to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
