It sleeps 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms, which are serviced by 3 bathrooms, 2 on-suite.
Whilst not serviced, you can rent a maid from the local cleaning service.
All linen bath and beach towels are supplied.
All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, clothes hangers and air-conditioning.
The property is secured by beams, armed response, an electric gate and it is fenced.
The house has a small safe for valuables.
Parking: is within the property, no garages available, but secure.
Small children must be watched at all time.
Pets by arrangement only, subject to owners approval.
Downstairs:
An open plan living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery & bathroom.
The living/entertainment area flows onto a spacious patio with furniture, the pool (not netted) and a shielded braai area.
Kitchen: Gas hob, eye level oven, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery supplied.
Separate laundry with tumble dryer and washing machine.
Upstairs:
TV lounge with DSTV and portable AC.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The 3 front bedrooms open onto a large deck which is furnished and has great views. Bedroom 4 is on entry level.
Main bedroom: King size bed with DSTV and TV, on-suite with shower, bath, basin and toilet.
2nd Bedroom with King size bed, DSTV and TV, on-suite with shower, basin and toilet.
3nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
4th bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: once off R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1250 Breakage deposit: 10% of accommodation, minimum R2500, refundable if no breakages are found.

In Season: R3500.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 15 Jan – R6000.00 per night, season’s rules apply.
16 Jan to 31 Jan – R2500 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
