DESCRIPTION:

This modern, well equipped, upmarket home offers the most beautiful views of the Ocean and lagoon, whilst you relax on the spacious veranda or in the blue, blue pool.

Enjoy an “al-fresco” meal or cocktails on the veranda or play pool in the spacious living area when the breeze picks up. Once inside, the house is flat. It is located close to the main beach entrance, for those who love to walk, NO driving is required.

The living area is spacious with a large open plan lounge, dining room, bar, guest loo, kitchen, scullery and separate TV lounge. The living area and 2 front bedrooms open onto the front deck where you can view the dolphins and whales should they pass. There is a pool (no net), Wi-Fi, DSTV and it is serviced, staff do not live onsite. There is a gas & charcoal braai and ample space to entertain or just read a book in peace. (Small children must be watched at all times, NOT suitable for those who battle to walk).

The house is well secured with alarm, gate and armed response. There is a 12kva “silent” generator which powers plugs & lights during loadshedding. The owners provided one tank of fuel and canisters for you to buy more fuel. There is open parking with in the gate for 3 cars and 1 additional under cover, garages are not available. NOTE the driveway is very steep and there are stairs to enter the home. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: Gas hob & electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery is provided. 

Bedrooms & bathrooms: The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms, all on-suite. All bedrooms provided hangers and all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The front 2 bedrooms have AC and the other 3 have ceiling fans. 1 bedrooms has a King size bed and the others have 2 singles beds pushed together and fitted with king/double sheets. 4 of bedrooms have showers, basins and toilets whilst the main on-suite also has a bath with ocean views.

REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off R380.  Staff levy: R250 per day, Monday to Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays are optional and charges at double rates. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

RATES: (Jan 24 – Jan 25). Only rented in Dec & Jan – R10 000 per night, seasons rules apply,

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan – kindly enquire for shorter stays.

1. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27^th or 28^th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27^th or 28^th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

PLEASE NOTE: “Things to do” and “amenities” listed do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the surrounding areas. You do need your own transport and gear for all activities mentioned.
