DESCRIPTION:
Ocean Breeze is located high against the Zinkwazi hill overlooking the ocean and offering fantastic views.
A proper beach cottage from the days when your beach holiday was truly a family event BUT with some of todays comforts. A neat and tidy cottage.
It has a beautiful pool with a cover and sea view, and also an alfresco dining area.
This house is comfortable and has a large living area with views. The living area consist of a lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen and scullery.
The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, 2x fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and all cutlery and crockery is supplied.
It supplies Wi-Fi and a smart TV so that you can stream DSTV off your own account.
The house is well secured with beams, alarm and armed response. It is not fenced and gated but has a double garage.
Service providers: Garden and pool weekly, the house is not served, rent a maid.
Laundry facilities: Washing machine & Tumble dryer.
95 Panorama drive sleeps 8 guests comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: all have fans, built-in cupboard space and all linen is supplied. Bath towels are supplies, bring your own beach towels.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2. Double bed, on-suite with bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 3: 2x single beds. Bedroom 4: 2x single beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom which has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Departure cleaning fee: R1250. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R3000 per night, min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan – R5000 per night, seasons rules apply
13 to 31 Jan – R2000 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
