DESCRIPTION:
This home offers a tranquil setting across the road from the beach and lagoon.
The walk to the beach is easily managed by old and young, access being at the main beach entrance. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird, or you could easily manage a drop off/collect scenario.
Parking: open parking on the lawn in front of the house only.
Braai facilities: Stainless steel charcoal braai.
At the front of the house you will find a covered veranda, ideal for outdoor eating and entertaining. Furniture provided.
The property is secured by an alarm, beams, armed response and is gated and fenced.
Whilst not serviced, you can rent a maid as you require from the local cleaning agency, but book in advance.
A DSTV dish & connection point is provided for an Explora or HD decoder, please bring your own card and decoder. Whilst there is NO DSTV & Wi-Fi provided, there is a smart TV available.
Pets by prior arrangement only and at owners discretion.
Inside the house you will find: A spacious living area, consisting of a lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen.
Kitchen: All cutlery and crockery, microwave, hob and oven, fridges and freezers, washing machine and dishwasher.
All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
The property sleeps 8 in total, in 4 bedroom serviced by 3 bathrooms (house & 1x flat).
Bedrooms in the house: Main bedroom with double bed, opens onto the garden and is en-suite with bath, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds, this bedroom also opens onto the garden. 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet.
Flat: Seperate from main house, 1 double bed with en-suite, shower, toilet and basin.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee: R400. Departure cleaning: R1250. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

Mid-season: R2450.00: Min 2 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26;18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R3000.00: Min 3 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 7 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 12 Dec – R3500 per night, min 5 nights
13 Dec to 12 Jan – R5000 per night, season’s rules apply,
13 to 31 Jan – R1800 per night, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
