DESCRIPTION:
11 Glen drive is an upmarket, spacious holiday home. It offers a great holiday opportunity with lovely veranda overlooking the Ocean and beautiful pool.
This family home is well equipped and in excellent condition. This beautifully decorated home also offers DSTV, Wi-Fi and a charcoal braai. The property is secure with fencing, electric gates, beams and armed response, and has secure parking. (no garages) The house is serviced.
Inside this home, you will find a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The living area opens onto the covered front veranda which is furnished.
The kitchen has a microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery is provided.
Load shedding: Small invertor for lights and some plugs and gas hob for cooking.
Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house sleep 8. There are 3 bedrooms all on-suite inside the house and a lovely flat let which is also on-suite.
All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
Air-conditioning and large built in cupboards in all bedrooms.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms and flat have Queen size beds and are on-suite.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Once off admin fee: R400. Daily staff levy: R300, Monday to Saturday, no Sundays or Public holidays. Breakage deposits:10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
