This GREAT beach cottage IS ALL YOU NEED for your family beach holiday.
This home has panoramic sea view and has easy and close beach access. There is a access path to sea and sand close to the house (not suited if you battle to walk) or a short walk to the main beach, of about 650m along the flat Nkwazi Drive.
Spend your days on the golden sea sand or in the waves on your board, then come home to the crystal clear, cool blue pool which is fenced and gated.
The property is ideal for children “furry” or the human kind, with its large grassy garden. The lawn is suitable for a volley ball net or a game of cricket, touch rugby or soccer. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
This house is perfect for those who battle to walk as it is flat inside with easy flat entrance to the house.
There is a Braai for “braai-time” on the covered front or back veranda’s.
Also a smart TV for you to stream DSTV from your own account and un-capped Wi-Fi with a UPS is supplied.
Whilst not serviced, you may rent a maid from the local cleaning agency as you require, (book in advance).
There is an INVERTOR, gas hob and additional re-chargeable lights incase of power interuptions.
The property is well secured by palisade fencing, electric gate and indoor and outdoor security beams. The alarm system is linked to an armed response company.
Parking: 2 lock up garages and additional open parking.
Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer.
Note: We have a staff member living in the servants room who does not interfere with the home.
Inside this home you will find the following:
A spacious lounge and dining room which open onto front and back verandas, these in turn allow a lovely breeze to travel through the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Airfryer, Nespresso machine and all cutlery and crockery. There is additional fridge and freezer space available.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
All bedrooms have: Pay-as-you-go AC and ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. Linen, bath and beach towels are supplied.
The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms which are configured as follows: 1st bedroom: Double bed. 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds each. (There are 2 mattress for additional children under 10 by arrangement only.) Bedrooms are serviced by 3 bathrooms configured as follows: 1st bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd bathroom: shower only. 3rd bathroom with bath and basin. There is an additional separate loo.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. Pets allowed with prior arrangement. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities do not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
Addition Charges: Once off admin fee: R400; Departure clean: R1250.00; Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages found or repairs required.

In Season: R3000.00: 3 – 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
PEAK SEASON:
1 to 11 Dec @ R3500 per night – min 5 nights
12 Dec to 12 Jan @ R5000 per night – season’s rules apply.
13 to 31 Jan – R1800 per night – min 2 nights.

1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
