The home offers modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, DSTV, and servicing. With ample indoor and outdoor areas, it provides the perfect balance between shared family time and private relaxation, making it especially well-suited to extended families.
Although located a short distance from the main beach, guests can either park at the beachfront or take a nearby access path leading to the quieter south beach, known for its scenic rock pools and peaceful atmosphere.
Security is well taken care of, with electric fencing along the sides and back of the property, security beams, an electric gate, and armed response.
This double-storey home welcomes you with breathtaking ocean views upon entry.
Upstairs, the main living area includes a spacious TV lounge and playroom that opens onto a large deck, complete with a pool/table tennis table for entertainment.
Downstairs, the open-plan layout includes a dining area, covered veranda, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, and guest toilet.
The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door fridge/freezer, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The dining area also includes two additional fridges for beverages.

The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms units, each with a queen-size bed and an adjoining loft area with two single beds—ideal for children. Each bedroom opens onto the main deck and enjoys beautiful sea views.

The property has a very steep driveway and is not suitable for families with small children.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Admin fee: R400. Maid fee: R300 for staff up to 10, more than 10 guests an extra maid at R350 per night except Sundays & Public holidays which are optional @ double rates. Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Mid-season Rates: R6000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 2 - 5 nights: Mid-season dates: 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In season Rates: R7000 per night for 10 guests, R700 per head per night thereafter, max 16 guests, Min 3 - 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec – R7 000 per night for 10 guests, there after R700 per head, up to 16, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 15 Jan - R12 000 for the first 10, There after R500 per head, up to 16, Season’s rules apply.
16 to 31 Jan – R5000 for the first 10, there after R500 per head, up to 16, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
