DESCRIPTION:

Both the upper and lower levels feature shaded verandas furnished for comfort, providing the ideal spaces to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.
At the front of the property, a private jetty allows for easy boat launching onto the lagoon when water levels permit.
The home includes a swimming pool (no net), DSTV with dual-view functionality, Wi-Fi, and both a Weber and stainless steel braai. Daily servicing ensures a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Security features include perimeter fencing, an electric gate, and security beams, along with an alarm system linked to armed response.
The property also offers two lock-up garages.
For added convenience during load shedding, the home is equipped with a gas hob and solar inverter.

All bedrooms, as well as the separate flat, are fitted with air conditioning. Each bedroom opens onto the upper veranda, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.
The home accommodates up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults; the remaining guests must be children under 14 years of age.
Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Flatlet:
The separate flat includes two single beds and two bunk beds, along with a full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, and basin), making it ideal for teenagers or additional guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off: R400. Daily staff levy: R500 for staff up to 10, more than 10 guests an extra maid at R300 per night is charged for. Breakage deposit:10% of the value of the accommodation charged, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

In season Rates: R10 000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 4 – 7 Nights: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 10 Dec – R10 000 per night for 10 guests, R600 per head per night thereafter, max 14 guests, Min 5 Nights.
11 Dec to 10 Jan – R16 000 per night, season’s rules apply,
11 to 31 Jan – R8000 per night for 10 guests, R500 per person per night thereafter, max 14 guests, min 2 nights.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
