DESCRIPTION:

This beautiful family holiday home is nestled in a lush garden meters from the main beach.

The house is large and spacious, has sea views and is excellently equipped.

Here you have the opportunity to drift off to sleep with the never ending song of the ocean in your ears.

Built in an L-shape around a beautiful pool, with a net, makes this spot perfect for a family holiday. You need not drive anywhere; just cross the car park onto the main beach or take the wooden walkway from the car park to the lagoon and ski-boat club.

Wrapped around the house is a wide, covered veranda with furniture. The entire living area and all bedrooms open onto this veranda overlooking the pool and ocean.

Inside the house you will find a large open living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen and table tennis table.

Kitchen: well equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery, hob and oven and dishwasher. The scullery is separate.

The home offers uncapped Wi-Fi and DSTV, it is serviced, and offer braai facilities: Weber.

Load-shedding back up: gas geysers and large invertor.

Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is well secured with fencing, electric gate, alarm, beams and armed response.

There is enclosed and open parking all with in the property fencing.

The house sleeps 15 (Max 9 adults & 6 kids under 14) in 5 bedrooms, each serviced by its own bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. All linen and bath and beach towels are provided.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

1. Main bedroom: 1x King size bed, 1 Single and 1 bunk bed, on-suite bathroom which has bath, shower, toilet and basin.
2. 2nd bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1x ¾ bed, the on-suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and bath.
3. 3rd bedroom has 1x ¾ and 1x bunk bed and the on-suite bathroom has a basin, toilet and bath. Bedroom 2 & 3 are inter leading.
4. 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with on-suite which has a toilet, basin and shower.
5. 5th bedroom has a double bed and on-suite with basin, toilet and shower.

It needs to be noted that whilst there is a lovely lawn for children to play on, the house is one story off the ground with open balustrades and stairs. Small children must be watched at all times.
