DESCRIPTION:
Situated on a beautiful, spacious, lagoon front property.
The Lagoon Flat is a cozy unit for a smaller family.
The property allows direct beach and lagoon access for guests. The property offers lagoon and beach views and share a pool (not netted), pool furniture supplied.
Whilst one cannot launch a boat from the property, you can use the formal lagoon launch site and moor in front of the property if the lagoon is full enough. Canoes can be launch from the property.
The Lagoon Flat is serviced daily. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. There is a flat screen smart TV, DSTV: for streaming off your own account & Wi-Fi is provided.
The property is well secured with fencing, gates and beams, whilst there are no garages, secure parking with in the gates is provided.
Laundry can be arranged with the onsite staff, a levy is charged.
Load-shedding: Rechargeable lights and gas hob supplied.
The Lagoon Flat has an open plan lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen.
Kitchen: Microwave, stove, fridge/freezer and all cutlery and crockery.
There is a small balcony overlooking the lagoon with furniture and braai facilities.
The unit has 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with double bed and 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds. All bedrooms have AC’s, fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. The bedrooms are serviced by one bathroom with shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet.
The Lagoon flat is not suited for someone who battles with stairs or steep walking. Small children must be watched at all time around the pool and lagoon edge.
The entire property located at 53 Nkwazi Drive houses 2 rentable units, The Flat and The Boat house. The main house is used by the owners only.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. All bookings subject to owners’ approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Things to do noted under amenities does not refer to ON-SITE activities, but rather activities in Zinkwazi and/or the area. You do need your own transport and gear for all of those mentioned.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Once off admin fee: R400; Maid fee: R300 per night. Breakage deposits: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages or repairs required.

Out of season: R1950.00: Min 2 nights (dates not Mid/In or Peak Season)
Mid-season: R2450.00: Min 2 – 5 nights. Mid-season dates: 19 to 23 Feb 26; 20 to 22 Mar 26; 21 April to 3 May 26; 21 to 25 May 26; 12 to 16 June 26; 26 June to 21 July 26; 7 Aug to 9 Sept 26; 18 Sept to 13 Oct 26; 22 Oct to 2 Nov 26.
In Season: R2950.00: 3 - 7 Nights min: 27 Mar to 20 April 26.
Peak Season:
1 to 11 Dec @ R2950 per night, min 5 nights.
12 Dec to 12 Jan @ R3300 per night, season’s rules apply.
13 Jan to 31 Jan – R1950 per night, min 2 nights.
Peak Season: Minimum stay requirement below: Dec & Jan, All bookings subject to owners approval.
1.Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 10 – 14 nights.
2. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights, these 7 – 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
3. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 – 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
4. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
